| A: | As we are not tied down to a proprietary line of products, we are able to offer our clients a more diversified selection of investment opportunities. We have the resources and personal relationships with many different and unique funds which will enable us to assess a client’s specific needs and then tailor make an investment proposal to satisfy those needs. |
| Q: | How do I know that my money is safe with WSG and who is my Counterparty when I invest through WSG? |
| A: | We act as a third party distributor and on no occasion will we ever accept or hold client money or assets. You will always have a direct relationship with the institution or fund that you are investing in. |
| Q: | Do I have to pay WSG? If not, how does WSG get compensated for its services? |
| A: | We, at WSG, insist on complete transparency in every deal. In all cases, any fee payable tous, whether in the form of an “initial fee” or “management fee,” or any “performance” related fee, will be fully disclosed to the client at the outset. In almost all cases, we will be remunerated not by the client, but by the fund or the institution with whom the client is investing. There may be a special or exceptional case where a fee is agreed upon with the client. When this happens, the fee will be negotiated and we will execute a written contract with the client before the investment is made. |

| Q: | There are so many different Hedge Funds to choose from and a lot of other choices in structured products and private equity. How do I know that the options selected for me by WSG are the right ones? |
| A: | There are no guarantees in investing. However, we, at WSG, minimize the downside by employing a strategic “open architecture” approach to investment management and asset allocation. This means that we first of all ascertain from the potential client his or her specific needs, which include his or her appetite for risk and preferred investment strategies. Once we have this information, we will be able to access specific funds or investment opportunities tailor made to suit the client’s objectives. Our relationships with the various funds that we represent have been cultivated and nurtured over many years including our own exhaustive and on going due diligence. |
