Raymond Pride joins Wall Street Offshore as Chief Financial Officer

20 January 2000 - Wall Street Global, the leading Institutional Fund Supermarket and financial service provider to mid-sized Financial Institutions outside the United States, announced today that Raymond Pride has been named their Chief Financial Officer. He will be located at their New York City headquarters. Mr. Pride will fill a new position. "Ray is an experienced corporate finance specialist with Internet vision and experience," said Mr. Everts. "He brings an Internet entrepreneurial orientation to our company. Ray has extensive experience in international banking which will also play a pivotal role in building our broker and intermediary network. We are pleased to have him aboard," he added. Mr. Pride brings thirty years of financial experience, including strategic planning, portfolio risk management, international and domestic business development, global relations, and capital markets to Wall Street Offshore. In addition, he has a successful history of growing start-up companies and building their financial and administrative infrastructures. Prior to joining Wall Street Offshore, Mr. Pride served as Chief Financial Officer for Electronic Funds & Data Corp., where he was also a member of their Board of Directors. Electronic Funds & Data Corp. is an Internet financial services company specializing in electronic bill presentment and payment. Mr. Pride was instrumental in developing a micro and small business Internet-based bill presentation and payment vehicle. Before Electronic Funds & Data Corp., Mr. Pride served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance for The Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank Ltd, where he co-managed a $10 Billion portfolio and headed their Loan Syndication Department. He has also served as an Advisor, COO and Principal in several Internet start-up companies. Mr. Pride began his banking career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York working as a bank examiner and consultant to banks. He specialized in Corporate Finance working at US and international banks. He holds a BA in Psychology an MBA from Fordham University.
